Helmed by CEO and partner Lisa Gwee Ganesh, the clinic’s firm belief is in providing seamless healthcare and service, so patients do not have to worry from the beginning of their medical journey with G&L up to the point of discharge.

At every step, our nurses and team will be ready to guide patients through their journey, from translation services to financial aid, with the promise of clarity in your treatment.

Assistance

Our team is dedicated to providing you with the assistance you require, from planning your appointments and treatment logistics to assisting with any surgical procedures or queries you may have.

Our team strives to provide detailed advice wherever possible to ease your mind throughout your medical care journey. Every team member is trained to assist you with your queries; whether it is financial claims, guidance on managing your condition, or after-care services, we will walk you through this journey.

By organising your appointments and aiding in processing your insurance claims, we aim to ease your burden. Most general enquiries are managed by the presiding team member, who will liaise with our surgeon directly.

Ongoing Professional Development

To ensure that patient care is at the standards that we aim to uphold, our team regularly engages in ongoing training and educational sessions to keep up-to-date.

Our presiding surgeon, Dr Ganesh Ramalingam, also regularly attends local and international conferences, lectures and presents educational seminars, participates in continuing professional development, and has published articles in specialist medical and surgical literature.

Our surgeon is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore (FAMS), a recognised postgraduate medical qualification in Singapore.
